Two ways to bill members

For members on their own price, add a recurring plan per member. Invoicadence checks every day which plans are due and creates each invoice with the next invoice number and your payment terms.

For a group that pays the same amount, tag the members, for example “evening class”, and run a bulk invoice. Each member still receives their own separate invoice, not one shared bill.

Pause, resume and see what is next

A plan can be paused when a member freezes their membership and resumed later. The next run date is always visible, so you know when each invoice will go out. A plan can send automatically, or only create the invoice so you can check it first.

Billing only, on purpose

Invoicadence sends invoices and tracks their status. It does not take card payments or hold your members' money. Members pay you directly, the way they already do, and you mark the invoice paid.

Plans for small and larger studios

The Basic plan covers 10 members at $10 a month, with bulk invoices by tag. The Business plan covers 100 customers and up to 1,000 invoices a month, with CSV import for a whole member list. The Free plan lets you try it with 3 members.
