How it works

Type the job the way you would say it out loud. The assistant finds or creates the customer, writes the line items, sets quantities and prices, and works out the due date from your payment terms. The invoice appears next to the chat so you can check it straight away.

Edit by chat, not by form

Short or misspelled instructions work as edits. You can reword a line, change a price, add or remove lines, switch the currency, add tax or a discount, change the dates or add a note. Paid and sent invoices can be corrected the same way, and they keep their status.

The AI does not do the arithmetic

Totals, tax, discounts, due dates and invoice numbers are calculated by the app, not guessed by the model. The assistant only quotes the figures the app returns, so a total on screen is a total you can rely on.

You stay in control

Drafts are created for your review. Before the assistant sends anything to a real customer it asks you first, unless you already told it to send. It also does more than invoices: it can add customers, set up recurring plans, mark invoices paid and tell you who still owes you.
