In Invoicadence you tag customers, such as “hot desk” or “Tuesday class”, pick the tag and the line items, and it creates a separate invoice for each customer with its own details and invoice number, ready to send together.

One run, one invoice per customer
A bulk run is not one invoice sent to many people. Every customer gets their own invoice with their own name, details and number, so records stay clean and each customer can open and pay their own.
Tags decide who is billed
Give customers tags that match how you bill: a desk type, a class, a building or a package. Choose a tag, set the items and the dates, and everyone with that tag is invoiced. Add a new customer to the tag and they are included next time.
When bulk beats recurring

Importing your members
If you already have a member list, the Business plan imports it from a CSV file, so you can bill up to 100 customers without typing each one.
