Invoicadence does not manage bookings, door access or a member app. If you need those in one product, an all-in-one coworking platform is the better fit. If you only need invoices to go out correctly every month, a focused billing tool is simpler and costs far less.

Basic ($10 a month) suits a small space with up to 10 members. Business ($60 a month, or $576 a year) covers up to 100 customers and 1,000 invoices a month, with CSV import for a whole member list.
