Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Invoicadence collects, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. Invoicadence is operated by DevsandLogics LLC, which is responsible for your account data.
1. Two kinds of data
Your account data is about you as an Invoicadence user. We decide how it is used.
Your customers’ data (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and invoices you add) is processed on your behalf and on your instructions. For that data you are the controller and we act as your processor; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to use it and to message your customers.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and profile image from sign-up, including Google sign-in if you use it.
- Business details you enter: business name, country, address, tax ID, payment details and invoice preferences.
- Workspace content: customers, recurring plans, invoices, themes and logos, and your conversations with the AI assistant.
- Billing details: your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Delivery records: which invoices were sent, by which channel, and whether they were delivered.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions, security logs and basic usage needed to run and protect the service.
3. How we use it
- To provide Invoicadence: storing your workspace, creating and sending invoices, and running recurring billing.
- To run the AI assistant: your messages and the workspace context needed to answer them are sent to an AI model provider to generate a reply.
- To manage your subscription, send service emails (such as receipts, payment problems and renewal reminders), and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your customers’ data for advertising.
4. Service providers
We use these providers to run Invoicadence. Each receives only the data it needs for its job:
- Clerk: sign-up, sign-in and account security.
- MongoDB Atlas: database hosting for workspaces.
- Vercel: application hosting.
- Stripe: subscription payments.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Twilio and Meta (WhatsApp): sending SMS and WhatsApp messages, where you use those channels.
- AI model providers (such as DeepSeek or Google): generating assistant replies from your messages.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States.
5. Retention and deletion
- We keep your workspace data while your account is open.
- When your account is closed, we cancel any subscription and delete your workspace, including customers, plans, invoices, conversations and delivery records.
- We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as payment records held by our payment processor.
- Invoice links you share with customers (pages under
/i/) stay viewable by anyone with the link until the invoice or account is deleted.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. You can update most details yourself in the app. For anything else, or to close your account, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. If your customers ask about their data, please contact us and we will help you respond.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what is needed to run the service, and each workspace’s data is kept separate from others. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Children
Invoicadence is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Questions or requests: contact DevsandLogics LLC through devsandlogics.com. See also our Terms of Service.
