Terms of Service

1. The service

Invoicadence helps businesses create, schedule and send invoices to their own customers by email, SMS or WhatsApp, including with the help of an AI assistant. Invoicadence does not collect payments for you: your customers pay you directly using the payment details you put on your invoices.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, and if you use Invoicadence for a business you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
• To close your account, contact us. We close it, cancel any subscription and delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the invoices you create and send, including amounts, taxes, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
• You may only add customers and contact details you are allowed to use, and only send them messages they can lawfully receive, including consent where SMS or WhatsApp rules require it.
• Review drafts made by the AI assistant before sending. The assistant can make mistakes, and you remain responsible for what you send.
• You must not use Invoicadence for spam, fraud, unlawful content, or to interfere with the service or other users.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Solo, Basic and Business) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, at the prices on our pricing page. Taxes may be added where required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly subscribers receive a reminder email about a week before each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and paid features stay available until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. Downgrades and switches from yearly to monthly take effect at the end of the current period.
• If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it remains unpaid for 21 days, the subscription ends and your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
• Each plan includes monthly allowances, for example 5 invoices a month on Free. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month and are the same whether you pay monthly or yearly. AI drafting and messaging on paid plans are subject to fair use.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Your data

You own the content you put into Invoicadence, such as your customers, plans and invoices. You allow us to store and process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Invoicadence available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a change that significantly reduces a paid plan, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, DevsandLogics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or unpaid invoices, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Invoicadence after that means you accept the updated terms.
